What You'll Learn:

By the End of Class:

Infant CPR Training
This class teaches parents how to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies in infants, giving you the confidence to act quickly when every second matters.
What You'll Learn:
- •How to recognize when a baby is not breathing or unresponsive
- •Step-by-step infant CPR (compressions + rescue breaths)
- •How to properly perform chest compressions and breaths
- •Choking relief: what to do if your baby is choking
- •When and how to call 911 and activate emergency response

- •Common mistakes to avoid during emergencies
Hands-On Practice:
Practice on top-of-the-line manikins with real-time feedback to ensure correct depth, rate, and technique. Repetition to build muscle memory and confidence with real-life scenarios so you feel prepared, not panicked.
By the End of Class:
You'll feel confident responding in an emergency, know exactly what to do if your baby stops breathing or is choking, and be prepared to act quickly and potentially save your baby's life.
Safe Sleep Guidance
This class teaches parents how to create a safe sleep environment and reduce the risk of sleep-related infant deaths, including Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID).
What You'll Learn:
- •ABCs of Safe Sleep: Alone, on their Back, in a Crib
- •How to set up a safe crib/bassinet (what to include & avoid)
- •Safe swaddling, sleep sacks, and preventing overheating
- •Room sharing vs. bed sharing and safest practices
- •Ways to reduce risks (breastfeeding, pacifiers, smoke-free environment)
- •What to do in real-life situations (car seats, swings, travel)
- •Importance of tummy time while baby is awake

Car Seat Safety
This class teaches parents how to properly use and install their child's car seat to keep their baby safe on every ride.
What You'll Learn:
- •How to choose the right car seat for your baby and stage
- •Proper rear-facing positioning and why it matters
- •Correct harness fit (strap placement, chest clip position, tightness)
- •Differences between LATCH and seatbelt installation
- •How to check for a secure installation

- •Car seat safety beyond infancy (when to transition & next steps)
Hands-On Practice:
Practice using your own car seat with step-by-step guidance until you feel confident and secure. Personalized guidance to ensure correct use every time.
Installation Option (Add-On Service):
For an additional fee, I will install your car seat in your own vehicle. You will be guided step-by-step so you learn how to do it yourself with hands-on training to make sure you feel comfortable and confident before leaving.

Baby Bootcamp
Everything you need to know about caring for a newborn, in one hands-on session. Feeding, burping, bathing, diapering, calming techniques, swaddling, soothing a fussy baby, and what's normal versus when to call a doctor. Perfect for first-time parents or anyone who wants a confidence boost before baby arrives.

I offer professional medical training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program, designed for healthcare providers who want to stay prepared, confident, and aligned with current standards of care.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Basic Life Support (BLS) provides the foundation for recognizing and responding to cardiac and respiratory emergencies in adults, children, and infants.

The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) teaches evidence-based skills needed to resuscitate newborns at birth.
